Yes, we never send any artwork to production before your final written approval.

 No, all artwork begins after payment is received. Our design team tirelessly works to perfect your design and ensure it’s that it fits your exact specifications. For that reason, we must receive payment first.

Due to the complexity of production of your Lux Metal Cards, we are not able to offer any shipping shorter than three weeks.

During the checkout process, you’ll have the opportunity to upload a file of your artwork (.pdf, .ai, .eps, file types accepted). If you have any further questions relating to submitting your artwork, please email us at [email protected]

Yes, we love making unique and creative designs, please reach out to us if you have any unique design requests and we are happy to accommodate you!

Yes, for just an additional fee of 50 cents per card, you can add unique information to each individual card. This might be ideal for membership clubs, invitations, event passes, etc.

Yes, we do ship internationally. Any additional taxes, customs, or costs associated with international shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Additional costs will vary based on the country, the weight of the package, and the method of shipping.

Yes, if you order 100 or more cards per person, your order can include different contact information for each individual, and you will still receive the benefits of volume discount pricing (the design for each card, must remain the same).

We use EV SSL (Extended Validation Secure Socket Layer) encryption throughout the ordering process. This is currently the Highest industry standard for e-commerce transaction security.

We never store any of your credit card details.

Our cards can include either a HiCo or LoCo universal magnetic strip. However, we do not encode each card. Typically encoding is handled by your POS (Point of Sale) system, and they can offer you this service. (Please note: all magnetic strips are LoCo by default unless otherwise requested).  Many companies cut corners on the production of their metal cards and in turn provide a lower quality product. As the old saying goes, “You get what you pay for.” Our commitment to quality, unique design, and craftsmanship all combine for a superior product.

Where do we begin? The production process for metal cards is entirely different than printing paper cards. From chemical etching to custom laser cut-outs, the process is extensive and requires far more precision than the average printing service.

Not to mention the most significant difference: Lux Metal Cards are made from 100% Stainless Steel.

Yes, for just $15 you can request sample cards so that you can get a feel for card size, thickness, and laser etching. After you place your order, this $15 will be credited to your final payment.
